RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed with tags still attached & in sellable condition) within 21 days of the purchase date.
Once a return has been approved Alis Sportswear will refund* the value of the merchandise based on the amount paid for the items in store credit.
*excludes sale items.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Free gifts, promotional items, gift cards, downloadable PDFs, and workout products are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued once the original item(s) from your purchase has been fully returned, with the order number attached, approved, and processed by Alis Sportswear staff.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs on returns back to Alis Sportswear.
If you receive a defective item, please contact email@example.com so we can resolve the situation immediately.
Alis Sportswear reserves the right to reject any return and will determine action on a case-by-case scenario.
All sales are final on gift cards, digital media, downloads, workouts, and workout products.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts with only be partially refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after purchase.
If a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your account.
If your refund is late or missing please follow the steps provided below.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
