RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have high-quality standards and try our best to make each of our customers happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in its original condition and get a refund in STORE CREDIT only.
Make sure to return the product unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached & in sellable condition within 14 days of purchase date and let us know in advance at email@example.com.

Sale/Outlet items cannot be exchanged.
Free gifts, promotional items, gift cards, downloadable PDF’s, and workout products are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if our team check any manufacturing defect, and once the original item(s) from your purchase has been fully returned, with the order number attached, approved and processed by Alis Sportswear staff.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for ALL* shipping costs on returns back to Alis Sportswear.
We have high quality standards and each merchandise is inspected to make sure it follows our company guidelines. But, we're humans, so if you receive anything that is not in accordance with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the situation immediately.
Alis Sportswear reserves the right to reject any return and will determine action on a case by case scenario.
All sales are final on digital media, downloads, workouts, and workout products.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts with only be partially refunded.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after your purchase.
