Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your order. Once
your order is confirmed and you receive your tracking number, it’s not possible
for you, or for us, to change it prior to dispatch.

can have your correct item.
Items on pre-order are usually new products that we want to
give you the chance to get your hands on before they come in stock. You won’t
be able to receive these immediately, but we will give you a clear estimate of
how long you have to wait, and, of course, a better price for them.
We do try to keep the website up to date, however sometimes
items sell out quickly. We understand that this can be frustrating, so when
this happens, we will try our best to offer you another choice or let you know
if it’s coming back in stock.
Once you have a discount code, you can apply it on the
checkout page. For that, please don’t choose the “express checkout” option. The
express checkout will send you directly for your payment method and you won’t
be able to add your discount code.

We have high-quality standards and try our best to make each of our customers happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in its original condition. Make sure to return the product unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached & in sellable condition within 21 days or purchase date and let us know in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once a return has been approved Alis Sportswear will refund* the value of the merchandise based on the original form and amount of payment or exchange for an item of equal value. *excludes sale items.
Sale/Outlet items cannot be refunded.
Free gifts, promotional items, gift cards, downloadable PDF’s, and workout products are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued once the original item(s) from your purchase has been fully returned, with the order number attached, approved and processed by Alis Sportswear staff.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for ALL* shipping costs on returns back to Alis Sportswear. *Alis Sportswear will cover the costs to mail back ONLY in case of defective product, please contact email@example.com if you have received a defective product so we can resolve the situation immediately.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts with only be partially refunded.
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after purchase.

We work with a wide range of products made from assorted
materials, with different levels of thickness and elasticity. Some materials
are more compressive, some are more comfortable… That’s why they can’t have a single
measurement type. We explain about the material on the product’s description so
you can know what kind of material you can expect.
We describe the items as detailed as possible to give you an idea of how the product fits. We will advice when it's compressive or more delicate, so you can go size up if you're not comfortable wearing compression pants or prevent the delicate material to rip over pression. Please read carefully the product's description.
If even though your item didn't fit you, we'll guide you through choosing another size or design to exchange.
For that, keep in mind to maintein the original tags attached and return the product on its original package, unworn and unwashed.
